I was initially very nervous about getting some help to look after my small dog, but Sam and Julie are without a doubt the best dog walkers I could have asked for. Their flexibility, reliability and kindness have been so appreciated since they started walking Lionel last year.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and even last minute requests are accommodated whenever they can (thank you!)

Fantastic service and care provided by Sam and Julie. Julie stayed in our house to look after our dog while we were away for a week. We came home to a very happy and well looked after dog. They are very professional and we felt completely at ease with leaving our precious dog in there care. We received regular photos and updates and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We were very concerned that our sometimes not so well behaved cockapoo would be a problem but they have been so understanding and helpful it has made it much easier. He really enjoys going on the group walks and always comes back worn out.

Had my doggies walked and look after for a couple of hours today and they were absolutely shattered when they got home. Haven’t moved an inch. Got sent lovely photos of them out meeting other dogs and was picked up and dropped off. Absolutely wonderful service.. I’ve never used a dog walker before but will deffo make this a regular thing in future. So happy with service I received and will be telling many friends and family!!!!

Payne’s Pet Care provided the perfect solution for us to go on holiday and not worry about our lovely dog Lilly. They gave her a lunch time walk every weekday, without fail, while my son was at work, this meant she didn’t have the stress of going into kennels. They even topped up her water bowl on her return.
I was very impressed with Sam and Julie, they are highly organised, trustworthy and built a natural rapport with Lilly immediately, they truly love dogs.
Being able to see photo’s of her out and about on facebook was great, she looked very happy!

Thanks for all your help with Hudson during his first 6 months of life here with us. Sorry for the delay on this, but please find below a glowing review! Please copy and paste to your hearts’ content!

We adopted our dog directly from Greece 6 months ago and Sam and Julie have been helping us with his care virtually since day one. When he arrived, he was as timid as you could possibly imagine, and it took several weeks for him to settle properly. He has now become an absolutely delightful dog, full of love, energy and the joys of the world. This is in part thanks to the service provided by Sam and Julie. I have seen our dog’s utter delight when they have come to the house to pick him up for his walk. He is always over the moon to see them and jumps into the van, knowing that the next hour will be a real treat! Julie and Sam always put the dogs first, keeping the weather conditions in mind and taking them to shady woodland for walks if the weather is hot. They will also fill up his water bowl when they drop him home if needed, without the need for me to ask, and they wipe his muddy paws before letting him loose in the house if it has been raining. Julie and Sam are flexible and accommodating with requests to change days or cancel walks on any given day, even at short notice. If I am going to be out of the house longer than expected, they will happily give him a chew stick to keep him occupied, or even pop back in later in the day to check on him and let him into the garden for a short while. When I had a last minute dog care crisis when I wanted to attend my son’s rugby tour, Julie stepped in and ensured that our dog was well cared for. I receive regular photos of our dog out enjoying his walks, playing and running with the other dogs he has become very friendly with. I could not be happier with the service provided by Paynes Pet Care, and highly recommend them.

Julie just looked after our 2 dogs and cat for the weekend. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing that we had such a trustworthy and animal loving person staying in our home. We came home to 2 happy dogs that were well walked and kept to their normal routine. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Payne’s Pet Care. Thank you x

Really good experience, we was abit nervous with any dog walker really as we have two Staffies, which can be quite strong and very energetic so we were about cautious about other dogs with them as they can get abit much, but after accompanying them on a group dog walk we saw how great all the dogs got along and Payne’s pet care went out their way to assure they can work with our schedule and bring the dogs back home for us making sure all their water and food is all topped up and keeping to any routines they have with us, would highly recommend, it’s great they deal with so many different types of dogs too so know the best way to deal with them all!

They provide a great service. Punctual every day.
We would be very happy to recommend their walking services. My dog enjoyed the walks and was always happy to be collected.

What a fantastic company!

Truly outstanding care for our cats and Sam was kind enough to also water our plants and take meter readings whilst we were away.
It was lovely to get daily photo updates on Facebook. We felt we were in contact with the cats even though we were on the other side of the world! It makes it more bearable to be apart from them this way.

Our cats were very well looked after and I cannot recommend Payne’s Pet care highly enough.
