Meet The Team…

My name is Samantha Payne, I live in Caterham, Surrey. I have a huge passion for animals and on top of that I own two of my won cats called Rufus and Garfield. I studied animal sociology, Animal first aid and also Pet sitting business course .
I have always been lucky enough to share my home with some wonderful pets and over the years I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience handling friend’s and family’s dog’s. I love animals and have all the time in the world for them.
Along with my passion for animals, I have a keen eye for photography! I enjoy snapping wildlife, pets and landscapes. Check out my latest additions on Payne’s Pet Care Facebook Page!

My name is Julie – I have the honour of being Sam’s Mum and am even prouder to say have now joined forces with Sam to assist her at Paynes Pet Care.
Being around animals began at an early age with family holidays spent on a working dairy farm with me leading Freddy the bull and the herd out to their pasture and collecting eggs from the hens for sale at market. I grew up surrounded by cats of all breeds including Siamese and Burmese and my best friends bred & showed Great Danes at Crufts. My interest led me to undertaking Animal Psychology, Animal Pet Care and Animal CPR/First Aid supporting my other interest in Reiki and crystal therapy.

Hi I’m Mel and I’m Sam’s auntie. I’m really focused with training and rehabilitation of rescue animals, helping them to socialise and fulfil their lives. My previous jobs have included working on a vineyard along side a dairy farm.
I have such a great love for all animals, and am very happy to be able to work and care for them and watch them grow. I work part time helping Payne’s Pet Care with pet sitting and dog walking.

Hi I’m Mandy, I am a full time dog walker for Payne’s Pet Care.
I have always loved animals and that feeling got even stronger after spending time in the bush in Africa. The animals just amazed me more and more each day.
I have been working with the lovely team here at Payne’s Petcare for over a year now and I love meeting you and all your lovely pets.
Safe & Secure Transport For Your Pets
Payne’s Pet Care are proud to announce the addition of their 4th customised dog/animal transportation van. For security & privacy none of our vans have been sign written as one of our services is house sitting and therefore on behalf of our clients we do not wish to advertise when an owner may be away from home. Each van has two air flow vents allowing fresh air to circulate around the cages and also fully air conditioned whilst the animals are in transit. All cages have been specifically built to accommodate up to the largest of dogs and each has its own secure door entry system and vents with non slip rubber matting to allow a comfortable ride for your dogs whilst in transit.
Success Stories
In one instance one of our Staffie’s had been attacked within her previous home by 2 other dogs – she was so scared she couldn’t go out un-muzzled and walking even past another dog was fraught with “problems”.
With Payne’s Pet Care working closely alongside her owner and trainer, she is now un-muzzled and walks alongside two other dogs from our group without any reaction apart from playful wagging of her tail and bouncing around. Such a joy to behold.
We also have Loula, a Lurcher cross, Greek rescue doggie. She was so nervous around other dogs and used to bark and put her hackles up when near contact. What we did was slow build her confidence up with the dog’s that where calm, 1 by one over a period of time. Loula has been with us for nearly 3 years now and is happy to go out with a group of 6 and any of our dogs, even the most hyper bouncy doggies she is not scared one bit, no hackles and no barking, it’s great!
